Nirvana Academy provides online educational and spiritual-learning programs related to mantras, stotras, Sanskrit pronunciation, Sanātana Dharma, Yoga, Ayurveda, sādhana and associated subjects.

Courses may be delivered through live sessions, guided video lessons, recordings, digital materials, the Nirvana app, third-party meeting platforms and community communication channels.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to register, purchase a program or accept these Terms independently.

A learner below 18 years may participate only when a parent or legal guardian completes or approves the registration, accepts these Terms, makes or authorizes the payment and supervises the child’s use of the services where appropriate.

Parents and guardians are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted for children enrolled in programs such as Bāla Saṁskāra.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it reasonably updated.

Course access may be linked to the mobile number, email address or account used during registration or payment. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.

Please contact Nirvana Academy promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Nirvana Academy offers live workshops, self-paced courses, guided video lessons, recordings, digital materials and other learning programs.

The course format, duration, schedule, inclusions, access period, language, fees and support level may differ between programs. The information displayed on the respective course page, registration page or checkout screen forms part of your purchase terms.

Payments may be processed through trusted third-party payment providers, including Razorpay, Juspay and Cashfree Payments.

By making a payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction using the information supplied by you. Access is ordinarily granted only after successful payment confirmation.

Applicable taxes, where required, will be reflected in the transaction or invoice. Nirvana Academy may revise prices prospectively; the price displayed at the time of your transaction will apply to that purchase.

Refund, cancellation, transfer and rescheduling policies may differ between courses and workshops.

The policy displayed on the respective course page, registration page, checkout screen or course FAQ at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase. Please review the applicable conditions carefully before making payment.

Requests should be submitted using the registered email address or mobile number, together with the course name and transaction details.

Access duration varies by program and will be mentioned on the respective course or workshop page.

Recordings are provided only for eligible programs. Their availability, release schedule, download permissions and access duration may vary.

Missing a live class does not automatically entitle a learner to a refund where a recording or another permitted learning option is available, subject to the course-specific policy.

Course access is intended solely for the learner or learners covered by the registration.

An account may be used on up to two devices: one mobile device and one desktop or tablet. Login credentials, videos, recordings, PDFs, meeting links and course materials must not be shared with persons who have not enrolled.

Nirvana Academy may restrict access where unusual device activity, credential sharing, unauthorized distribution or misuse is detected.

Learners must maintain respectful and appropriate conduct during live classes, community discussions and interactions with teachers, team members and fellow learners.

• Do not disrupt sessions or use abusive, defamatory or inappropriate language.
• Do not impersonate another person or circulate unauthorized links.
• Do not solicit learners for unrelated activities or publish another participant’s personal information without permission.
• Follow reasonable instructions given for the safety, dignity and smooth conduct of the learning space.

Nirvana Academy may mute, remove, suspend or discontinue access for serious or repeated misconduct.

Live sessions may be recorded for educational access, quality review, documentation and delivery to eligible learners.

A participant’s name, voice, video, questions, chanting submissions or screen presence may be captured when the participant voluntarily speaks, enables the camera or submits course work.

Nirvana Academy will seek separate appropriate consent before using identifiable student or sādhaka clips for public promotional purposes, including the website and official social-media channels. For children, such promotional use will require consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Learners who do not wish to appear visually in a class recording may keep their camera switched off, except where visual participation is necessary for a specifically disclosed activity.

All course videos, recordings, guided video lessons, PDFs, books, worksheets, presentations, designs, chants recorded by Nirvana Academy, teaching explanations, branding and other original learning materials are owned by or licensed to Nirvana Academy.

Enrolment grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the applicable content for your own learning and sādhana.

• You must not copy, screen-record, reproduce, upload, sell or redistribute Nirvana Academy content without prior written permission.
• You must not translate, publicly perform, modify, teach commercially from or create derivative commercial material from protected content without prior written permission.
• You must not remove copyright, branding or access-control notices from course materials.

Nirvana Academy’s courses and content are intended for educational, spiritual and general-wellness purposes.

They are not substitutes for medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychological care, legal advice, financial advice or other professional services.

Ayurveda, Yoga and wellness-related discussions provide general educational guidance and may not be appropriate for every individual. Consult a qualified professional where personal health circumstances require it.

Mantra, stotra and sādhana programs do not guarantee any particular spiritual, emotional, physical, financial or life outcome. Individual experience depends on many factors, including personal effort, regularity and circumstances.

Nirvana Academy may use third-party services such as Razorpay, Juspay, Cashfree Payments, Zoom, TagMango, app platforms, email, WhatsApp and other technology providers.

Your use of those platforms may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Although we take reasonable steps to maintain service availability, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, internet failure, platform issues, device incompatibility or circumstances outside Nirvana Academy’s reasonable control.

Nirvana Academy may make reasonable changes to session dates, teachers, delivery platforms, schedules or course arrangements where required.

Learners will be informed of significant changes through the available contact details.

Where a program is cancelled by Nirvana Academy and no reasonable replacement is provided, the remedy may be a refund, course credit or transfer, depending on the circumstances and the applicable course policy.

Nirvana Academy may temporarily suspend or terminate access where a learner:

• Shares login credentials or protected course material.
• Records or distributes content without permission.
• Uses the platform unlawfully or attempts to compromise the website, app or payment system.
• Harasses teachers, staff or learners.
• Repeatedly violates these Terms.

Where reasonably possible, the learner may first be informed and given an opportunity to correct the issue, except in cases involving serious misconduct, fraud, security risk or unlawful activity.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nirvana Academy will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, third-party systems, misuse of an account, device failure or reliance on general educational content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection rights and jurisdictional requirements, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or Nirvana Academy’s services.

Before initiating formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact Nirvana Academy so that the matter can first be addressed through the support and grievance process.

Nirvana Academy may update these Terms when its services, technology, policies or legal obligations change.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
